The new technology samples displayed in the corridor between the two buildings quickly attracted visitors' attention-the new electric intelligent networking technology platform FME platform, the new intelligent electronic and electrical technology platform architecture FEEA2.0, the horizontal dual-motor hybrid system, the high-power hydrogen fuel cell engine, the ultra-high-power CA 12GV60 engine, and the upcoming Hongqi E-HS9 pure electric luxury SUV. All the intellectual property rights of the key core technologies of this platform are in FAW's own hands, and a series of products can be developed on this platform. In another power battery laboratory, there are only six complete test systems, which can simultaneously test the performance of 12 components and simulate the environment of -40 to 85 degrees. These hardware reflect FAW's huge investment in research and development.
Of course, in terms of traditional powertrain, FAW Group's technical reserves are beyond doubt. Usually, many car companies in China were unable to solve the problem of high-precision manufacturing before. For example, if the micro-links such as camshaft hole of cylinder head, finish machining of DCT gearbox housing and DCT gear matching of V 12 engine cannot be manufactured independently, then independent research and development is impossible. Behind this is the innovation and tackling key problems of a large number of manufacturing craftsmen of FAW Group-some national skill masters have devoted themselves to decades, and some young post-70s technical engineers have worked tirelessly-and made breakthroughs in these little-known professional directions, such as CNC machining, shaft gear machining, electrical testing, body welding, and special vehicle restructuring.
With the accumulation of these technologies, Hongqi brand has enough confidence to compete with BBA for the market on behalf of China independent luxury brands. On the manufacturing level where consumers' perception is more obvious, the new Hongqi H factory has also invested heavily, adding a lot of advanced equipment and digital production processes.
A very innovative example is that the new Hongqi H factory has built a highly flexible and adaptable production chain, with AGV transshipment as the core, which can grow, cut, bifurcate, graft and transplant the production chain to cope with the flexibility of product capacity, without limiting vehicle types and stopping production. In the assembly workshop, we can see that in addition to the traditional skateboard production line, the secondary interior assembly line composed of AGV transfer vehicles is also running step by step. Here, replacing the traditional skateboard with AGV can replace the static inspection line, expand the production line, greatly improve the production efficiency and greatly reduce the area of the assembly workshop. According to the production staff of Hongqi, the whole assembly line will produce three models of Hongqi H9, Hongqi HS7 and Hongqi H7 because the second phase transformation has not yet been completed. In the future, the production capacity of E-HS9 will be saturated, so it is now possible to increase the production capacity through flexible expansion.
In addition, in terms of intelligence rate, intelligent stations in the assembly workshop account for more than 80% of all stations, and only AGV transfer vehicles reach 200; In the welding workshop, the automation rate of solder joint can reach 100%, and the automation rate of gluing can reach 97%.
