Membrane bioreactor general cod sludge load is how big
Membrane bioreactor material is divided into organic membrane and inorganic membrane two kinds. Membrane bioreactors have been used in organic membranes, commonly used membrane materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene. Separate membrane bioreactors usually use ultrafiltration membrane components, the molecular weight cut-off is generally in the 2-300,000. The larger the MWCO of the membrane bioreactor, the larger the initial membrane flux, but not necessarily the larger the long-term operational membrane flux. Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) is a new type of wastewater treatment system that combines membrane separation technology and biological treatment technology. The membrane module replaces the traditional biological treatment technology end of the secondary sedimentation tank, maintains a high concentration of activated sludge in the bioreactor, improves the organic load of biological treatment, thus reduces the footprint of wastewater treatment facilities, and reduces the amount of residual sludge by maintaining a low sludge load. Membrane separation equipment is primarily utilized to retain activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the water. The concentration of activated sludge (MLSS) in the membrane bioreactor system can be elevated to 8,000~10,000mg/L or even higher; and the sludge age (SRT) can be extended to more than 30 days.
Membrane bioreactor can retain microorganisms with long generation cycle due to its effective retention effect, which can realize the deep purification of sewage, and meanwhile, nitrifying bacteria can be fully propagated in the system, and its nitrification effect is obvious, which provides the possibility of deep phosphorus removal and denitrification.
