How to choose electric stone mill

When purchasing an electric stone mill, you can refer to the following aspects:

1. Disc diameter: 40 cm is the minimum choice, and stone mills below 40 cm are not recommended. The millstone is too small and too light, which will lead to instability and unsmooth rice slurry.

2. Weight of the millstone: The millstone is large enough and heavy enough, and the milled rice slurry is of good quality, making the rice rolls more delicate, smoother and more resilient.

3. Scope of application: large-scale stone mill, the grinding disc is large enough and heavy enough to design the effect of multi-purpose, and can grind rice pulp, soybean milk, sesame paste and other grains. Small and medium-sized stone mills can only grind rice pulp.

4. Durability: Small-scale stone mills have smaller stones and lighter millstones, and their durability is not as good as that of large and medium-sized ones. After a long time of use, the polished rice slurry will appear granular.
