The difference of employment concept between traditional workers and modern workers;

1. Traditional workers' employment concept is to pursue an "iron rice bowl" and find a stable job, so they are more comfortable with the status quo, while modern workers' employment concept is to be willing to challenge new things and dare to try new things constantly.

2. Traditional workers tend to follow the rules step by step, while modern workers tend to challenge themselves, pursue innovation, dare to struggle and be willing to start their own businesses.

3. Traditional workers have employment discrimination, thinking that there are high and low occupations, while modern workers think that there are no high and low occupations, and set up new employment concepts, namely, independent employment, equal employment and competitive employment.
