How to fill in the long-term doctor's advice execution form?

The contents of doctor's orders should be signed, signed and responsible by doctors, not copied by nurses. If there is an error, it will easily lead to unclear responsibilities and not meet the requirements of laws and regulations. At present, doctors' prescriptions and nurses' handling of medical orders are completed by computer EHIS system, and medical orders and medical orders are printed by computer.

The long-term doctor's advice execution form is an objective and true record of nurses' long-term medication (including oral and injection medication), and the nurse is responsible for filling in the execution part. Its contents and requirements include:

① Long-term doctor's orders include: patient's name, department, bed number, medical record number and page number. It is required to fill in with a blue-black pen or a black signature pen, and no omission is allowed.

② Establish a treatment list. The content of the treatment list includes: department, patient's name, doctor's name, doctor's advice content, date and time.

At present, the hospital has implemented computer networking, and doctors directly issue instructions on the computer.

(4) After the main nurse handles the doctor's advice, she immediately prints the treatment list and gives the printed treatment list to the executive nurse (responsible nurse).

⑤ The executive nurse gives drugs accurately according to the doctor's advice, and then signs the full name in the executive column of the treatment list and indicates the execution time.

⑥ The executive nurse will paste the signed and executed treatment list on the long-term doctor's advice execution list in chronological order along the paste line of the long-term doctor's advice execution list, and indicate the date at the upper left of the treatment list for query.

⑦ Long-term doctor's orders should be kept in large medical records after being posted.
