How big is the gap between domestic CNC machine tools and imported machine tools?

For industry, the difference between traditional and modern production equipment is marked by traditional machine tools and CNC machine tools, which has become an industry knowledge. Single machine intelligence and automation, that is, CNC machine tools, is the direction of the machine tool industry. Its high precision, high precision, high speed, flexibility and intelligence are the symbols of modern industry. Modern equipment industry is developing towards extreme manufacturing. After several generations' efforts, China machine tool industry has grown from 1.949 machine tools in 2008, which can only produce 1.600 simple belt machine tools, to 6 1.7 million machine tools, making it the third largest machine tool producer in the world. After more than 60 years of development, China's machine tool industry has undergone earth-shaking changes, but compared with foreign high-end machine tools, there are still some gaps, as long as it is reflected in the following three aspects.

First, the gap between accuracy, stability and reliability. For example, the foreign products of five-axis CNC machine tools are continuous 1500H, and the domestic products are about 1000H, with a difference of 1/3.

Second, the gap of numerical control system. CNC system is the core of CNC machine tools. Siemens, Liebherr, Madzak and falak in Japan hold the highest level of numerical control system. The cost of Liebherr CNC system 16 software package is close to that of the mother machine. The software is sold together with the mother machine, not separately, and the profit of the software is very high. At present, the CNC systems of middle and high-grade machine tools used by domestic machine tool enterprises are basically imported from abroad.

Third, the gap between other key supporting parts. Dalian machine tools can reach 95% of the international advanced level, and the remaining 5% is beyond the reach of an enterprise or even an industry, including steel raw materials, standard parts, screws and nuts. This needs to improve the overall level of national industry. In addition, the process, testing and other links are not up to the world advanced level at present.
