What can Zhuangzi contribute to the concept of freedom?

Is there a tradition of "freedom" in Chinese culture? There are different opinions on this question. The American Sinologist, Mr. Dietrich Dietrich, has answered this question in the affirmative, citing the example of the Song and Ming philosophies. This is the same as the late Fusnian's emphasis on Mencius, who was looking for clues from Confucianism. However, in China, I am afraid that when the word "freedom" is mentioned, more people will think of Taoism, especially Zhuangzi. Zhuangzi certainly did not say this word, but he embodied the kind of abandonment of the world, "alone with the spirit of heaven and earth," the temperament, but quite a graphic interpretation of the majority of Chinese people on the understanding of the "freedom".
