At the same time, twist your right hand downward and stick it on the upper side of your left wrist, insert and turn to the left front and lower oblique angle, the palm of your hand is inclined to the left rear and upper oblique angle, and the middle finger is hung to the left rear and lower oblique angle.

The right leg becomes tangled, the bent knee is slack and the crotch is weak, and the toes are placed outside with the heel as the axis;

The left leg turns into a reverse winding, and the outer arc enters the left front position of the right foot, about one shoulder wide, forming a left front imaginary step;

At the same time, the right hand rotates in the opposite direction, obliquely turning from the outer upper right arc to the right upper oblique angle;

The left hand turns to reverse winding, pressing on the front side of the left hip from the lower left arc inside, the palm side inclines to the lower left corner, and the middle finger inclines to the upper right corner.

Essentials of virtual step: hold out your chest, stand up and distinguish between reality and falsehood.

The hind foot is bent and crouched, the thigh is close to the level, and the whole foot is on the ground. The center of gravity falls on the hind leg, the front leg is slightly flexed, the foot surface is flat, and the toes are slightly buckled on the ground.
