What types of concrete mixers are commonly used at present?

There are three types of concrete mixers: forced mixers, self-falling mixers and vertical shaft mixers.

The forced mixer drives the mixing arms and blades on the mixing shafts through the rotation of two horizontal mixing shafts in the mixing bin, and forcibly mixes various materials entering the mixing bin.

Self-falling mixer, through the rotation of the mixing bin, makes the materials in it fall freely continuously, thus mixing and stirring.

The mixing system structure of vertical axis planetary mixer is vertical, and the mixing arms and blades are distributed in all directions at a reasonable angle. When working, with the rotation of the spindle, each stirring blade makes planetary motion. In the process of operation, when the spindle rotates, it drives the blades to squeeze and rotate the materials for forced stirring. There is no dead angle in the mixing process, which is suitable for mixing materials with small particle size and high uniformity.

Forced mixer and vertical mixer can be used as the main machine of concrete mixing station, and they can be combined with dosing machine, control system, silo and other equipment to form a mixing station to realize automatic mixing production of concrete.
