Lotus weaving video tutorial

Video tutorial

The tutorial is as follows:

Preparation materials:

No.6 crochet; Scissors; Green tape; Glue; 3 pairs of white, green and dark green lace threads; Appropriate amount of green mud; Fine thread; Yellow flower core; Transparent plastic beads; 250 grams of rice

Operating steps:

1. First crochet lotus petals according to the figure, with large petals 19 and small petals 14. Start the knitting needle with the lock needle, and then knit outward along the row of counterclockwise rings.

2. Next, hook the calyx with turquoise thread and hook 44 pieces. A calyx consists of two identical parts. Hook them separately first, then merge the pieces by wrapping, and bring the thin iron wire in when merging.

There are three kinds of lotus leaves: big, medium and small. The production method is the same, but the number of turns is different. The circumferential seam is crocheted counterclockwise. After crocheting, the plastic beads are glued into small water droplets.

4. Lotus is made of soil. Lotus roots can only be installed when the soil is dry, and the lotus roots should be slowly glued.

5. Wrap all the petals together with thread in turn, with 5 petals inside and 7 petals outside, and the outermost one is a green calyx. Insert the stem from the middle, stick the lotus leaf on it, and tie the lotus leaf with tape. The assembly of the bouquet is complete.

6. Prepare a beautiful vase filled with rice (put some pepper in the rice to prevent moth-eaten) or pebbles, insert the prepared bouquet into it, and a bottle of hand-woven wool lily will be ready.
