How to open the illustration of the car.

First of all, automobile mechanical lock is a kind of spring lock (also called laminated lock and chip lock abroad). Most car locks are made of zinc alloy, and shrapnel is also made of zinc alloy, which is not easy to rust and light in weight. Because cars always run outside, they have to bear the influence of various harsh environments. For example, if the wind blows and the rain blows and the sun snows, you can't use a marble lock with too high precision. It can only be used for locks with elastic sheet structure, and its weight is also light. Because the door is very thin, the locks are clamped on the door.

If the material of the car lock is heavy metal, such as copper, steel, stainless steel, etc., the car door is often screwed with a key, which will easily make the car lock hole on the thin car door deform and expand, and the car lock will loosen or fall out.

Then there is the car lock, which is mainly dustproof. When we remove the car locks, we can see that every car lock, especially the door lock, is not completely closed. These holes are all downward to prevent rain, or water enters the lock when washing the car, or dust enters the lock, which hole can flow out.

The lock core of automobile lock is made of zinc alloy, and its lock core is larger and cylindrical than that of ordinary lock. The length of the elastic sheet is exactly equal to the diameter of the lock core. The lock body is a cylinder, and the thickness of the ring is only a few millimeters. On the concave back of the inner ring of the lock body, two pairs (four) of long grooves are symmetrically arranged around the center of the circle.

The width of the long slot corresponds to the elastic sheet, but it is a little wider than the elastic sheet. This slightly wider width is convenient for the shrapnel to bounce up and down and freely enter the long slot. After the lock body is inserted into the lock core, the square hole in the center of the elastic sheet forms a keyhole. In other words, insert the original key into the center of the shrapnel and twist it to unlock it.
