1, three cups of chicken
Sanbei Chicken is a typical Gannan dish, which originated in Ningdu County, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. This dish is a typical Jiujiang dish, which belongs to a branch of Xunyang cuisine of Gancai, and its ingredients come from freshwater fish in Poyang Lake. Wash and chop the fish head, marinate it with cooking wine and refined salt for 10 minute, and steam the marinated fish head in a steamer. 4. Old topsoil chicken soup
The traditional famous dish in Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province belongs to Yuanzhou cuisine of Gancai.
