Why don't people in China drink vodka?

On the one hand, it is related to eating habits. Vodka and liquor are both highly spirits, and their audiences are limited. On the other hand, vodka has another advantage, that is, its body is very pure, colorless and tasteless, but its entrance is as spicy as fire.

Vodka takes grains or potatoes as raw materials, which are distilled to make alcohol with a degree as high as 95%, then diluted to 40-60% with distilled water, and filtered by activated carbon, so that the quality of the wine is more crystal clear, colorless, light and refreshing, which makes people feel not sweet, bitter or astringent, only flame-like stimulation, forming the unique characteristics of vodka. Vodka is the most flexible among all kinds of base wines for cocktails.

Although most vodka is brewed from grains, especially barley, wheat and rye, there are no special requirements for the brewing raw materials of vodka. All fermentable materials can be used to brew vodka, including grapes and potatoes.

Brewing method

The traditional brewing method of vodka is that firstly, potatoes or corn, barley and rye are used as raw materials, and the alcohol content is as high as 96% through distillation, and then the alcohol content flows through a container filled with a large amount of charcoal to adsorb impurities in the wine. Every 10 liter of distillate shall be continuously filtered with 1.5 kg charcoal for at least 8 hours, and at least 10% shall be replaced after 40 hours.

Vodka can be sold and drunk, and will not be aged. After a small amount of fragrant vodka is diluted, it has to go through a fragrant process to have a fragrant taste. Vodka, like gin, is a strong drink with high alcohol content and does not need aging.
