What is worsted cashmere?

Worsted cashmere is a kind of fine and long top cashmere fabric, which is spun into combed yarn through a unique combing process and then worsted.

Technically speaking, cashmere yarn can be divided into coarse spinning and worsted spinning because of different production processes. The number of rough spinning is relatively small, generally from 14 to 32; Worsted fabrics are fine and high in count, generally from 28 to 120.

The difference between worsted cashmere and worsted cashmere;

1, gloss:

Worsted cashmere products are generally produced by 16 needle looms or 18 needle looms. The yarn count is fine, and the woven fabric has silky luster, smoothness and looks more detailed.

However, wool and cashmere products are mostly produced by 12 knitting machine, and are mostly used by 9-needle, 7-needle and 5-needle knitting machines, with poor luster and hand feeling.

2. Quality:

Worsted cashmere is more delicate and light than woolen cashmere, and worsted cashmere clothes are not easy to pilling, better in warmth retention and high in quality.

3. Price:

Simply put, the price of worsted cashmere products is much higher than that of woolen cashmere products because of the ultra-high requirements on worsted cashmere and processing technology.
