The notary office shall charge the applicant a fee for notarial services in accordance with the prescribed fees for proving the authenticity and legality of the following legal acts, facts of legal significance and instruments to the applicant as well as for handling other notarial services: proving the economic contract, notarizing the inheritance, gift, bequest and withdrawal of deposit; giving the debt instrument an enforceable effect; proving the civil agreement;

Proving the birth , survival, education, experience, marital status, kinship, adoption, death, force majeure events, organizational qualifications and credentials and other facts of legal significance; for the preservation of evidence, the production of bill rejection certificates, proof of instruments of legal significance, proof of the enjoyment, transfer and licensing of intellectual property rights; notarization of wills and safekeeping of wills, inventory and safekeeping of estates and confirmation of the validity of wills; proof of the inventory, liquidation, appraisal and validity of property Inventory, liquidation, assessment and valuation of damages; establishment, change and termination of other civil legal acts; safekeeping of documents, registration of mortgages prescribed by the law, registration and authentication affairs related to notarization matters on behalf of the notary, drafting and modification of legal documents related to notarization matters on behalf of the notary, and answering legal consultations; and other legal service affairs in accordance with the law.
