What is rice rolls?
Rice rolls is a very famous traditional snack in Guangdong, which belongs to Cantonese cuisine. Rice rolls is a low-gluten flour composed of glutinous rice and starch, which is mixed with appropriate amount of water to make rice slurry. The most common practice in rice rolls is direct steaming, which is called drawer-type rice rolls.
What is rice rolls?
Rice rolls is one of the famous traditional cuisines in Guangdong. There are two kinds of rice rolls: salty and sweet. Salty rice rolls's fillings are mainly eggs, pork, beef, shrimp and pork liver, while sweet rice rolls's fillings are mainly fruits and vegetables soaked in sugar and mixed with fried sesame seeds.
Rice rolls can be divided into two schools, one is Bula rice rolls and the other is drawer rice rolls.
