Personal Experience

Zhang Lanying was admitted to the Henan Provincial Opera School in 1957, where she was taught by teachers such as Tang Lanxiang, Gao Lianrong, Zhu Wenbiao, and Zhao Zhongru. In 1969, she was transferred to Henan Yu Opera Troupe No. 2, and in 1985, she was transferred to Henan Art Counseling Station. During this period, together with her husband, Ding Yushan, she has tutored the Xin Cai County Yu Opera Troupe, the Feng County Little Phoenix Yu Opera Troupe, and Yuan Yang, Yucheng, Feng County and other local opera schools, bringing out batches of students.
