Liquor has been soaked in ginseng for many years. Can I drink?
Ginseng has been soaked in wine for many years. You can still drink it if it is sealed and preserved without mildew. Ginseng soaked in wine alone can be preserved for a long time. If it is soaked with other materials, it depends on the specific materials and formula.
Formula (for reference only): 80g Dendrobium, 80g Ginseng, 50gGastrodia elata, 50g Lycium barbarum.
The preparation method comprises placing Herba Dendrobii, Radix Ginseng, Rhizoma Gastrodiae and Fructus Lycii in a wine soaking container, soaking in Chinese liquor, and sealing for 30 days.
Soak the wine to get high-quality ginseng, otherwise it will be ineffective, and look for ginseng without additives in Qianling Mountain.
