The difference between traditional marketing and relationship marketing

Traditional marketing emphasizes the analysis of the traditional marketing process, and its core is transaction, focusing on one-off transaction, emphasizing the maximum profit of each transaction, emphasizing the maximum satisfaction of enterprise interests, taking transaction as the basis of marketing, and not putting the establishment and maintenance of extensive and close relationships with customers in an important position. Relationship marketing, on the other hand, thinks that marketing is an activity of establishing market relations, attaches importance to the mutual relationship and interaction with enterprise stakeholders in the marketing process, and thinks that a firm and interdependent relationship should be established between enterprises and customers, suppliers and distributors.
