Bali's spa experience

The feeling of doing spa in Bali is as follows:

Bali SPA has been very famous, so as soon as you arrive in Bali, there are guides who come to recommend their SPA classic program. There are usually three kinds of SPA treatments, which are ancient massage, essential oil massage and herbal massage. After entering the SPA center, the masseuse will ask you to change shoes and then help you wash your feet. After cleansing, you go to a more private space for an individual massage.

When you have a SPA, you are stripped down to just a pair of chaps for the best results. The masseuse will place a clean white sarong over your lower body, covering it. As you are lying face down, a small basin of diffuser tubes will also be placed under your face to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The exciting spa experience has finally begun in earnest.

The masseur starts with the limbs and works his way up to the back. After the back is pressed, the masseur flips to the front and presses from the limbs to the center, and then presses on the head for a little while. 2 hours later, the massage is over, and then you're given a cup of ginger tea.
