How to do the 24 solar terms turntable?

The manufacturing method of the twenty-four solar terms turntable is as follows:

Material preparation: 2 paper plates (the same size), pigments, watercolor pens, pencils, toothpicks, rulers and two-legged nails.

Operating steps:

1. Find the center of the paper tray. You can measure with a ruler, draw a horizontal straight line through the center of the paper tray, then draw a vertical straight line to divide the diameter equally, and finally divide the paper tray into four parts.

2. Cut one quadrant with scissors. Be careful not to cut off the whole quadrant. Leave some space near the center to ensure that it can be fixed with two feet.

3. A paper tray trimmed with blue paint and another complete paper tray.

4. Divide the whole paper tray into four parts by the above method and find its center.

5. From the center, use a brown marker to divide the branches into four pieces.

6. Draw the trees in four blocks respectively. For example, trees are full of fruits in autumn, and some red fruits can be added.

7. When the paint is dry, poke a hole in the center of each paper tray with a toothpick. Cover a fan-shaped paper tray with a complete paper tray and draw the trunk with a brown watercolor pen.

8. Fix two paper trays with two pins.

In this way, the four seasons turntable is completed.

Twenty-four solar terms are special festivals in the dry calendar, indicating the change of natural rhythm and establishing "December construction". At first, it was based on the movement of stars. The Big Dipper rotates circularly, and bucket handle rotates around the east, south, west and north, which is called one of the "years old" (Figure). Each rotation cycle begins in early spring and ends in severe cold.

The current "twenty-four solar terms" are formulated according to the position of the sun on the return to the ecliptic, that is, the annual movement track of the sun is divided into 24 equal parts, each 15 is 1 equal part, and each 1 equal part is a solar term, starting from beginning of spring and ending from the severe cold.
