Snowflake paper cutting how to cut

Tools/materials: rectangular paper, scissors

Step by step method

Step 1: Prepare a piece of rectangular white paper, fold a triangle first as shown.

Step 2: Then turn the paper over.

Step 3: Fold the triangle again and again as shown in the picture.

Step 4: Continue folding again according to the direction on the picture.

Step 5: Continue folding over the other side as well, this time they are stacked on top of each other.

Step 6: Use scissors to start cutting in the center.

Step 7: This is when it's a triangle.

Step 8: Keep cutting again.

Step 9: This is when you cut out some wave shaped edges.

Step 10: Cut further as shown.

Step 11: This time you can see a very irregularly shaped figure.

Step 12: Keep cutting out more waves.

Step 13: By this time a small triangle has been cut to look like a snowflake, only side by side.

Step 13: Open the cut out snowflake to make a very nice complete snowflake, isn't it amazing?
