How to cook maltose?
Update 1:
What I mean is to point the soft maltose to a hard one
, cook it in a pot with a slow fire, do not use an easy to clean pot to do it, because when the maltose is cooked and thickened, there will be a good adhesive force, so as not to destroy the easy to clean pot, all the way to the slow fire to cook it with a wooden spoon stirring, and cook it until you can get all the old out, then you can use it to pull the word "8", and then you can use the "8". Longbeard CandyLongbeard Candy is originally known as Silver Silk Candy, filled with sugar gum, peanuts, sesame seeds, and coconut, and was originally a traditional Chinese folk snack.
The sugar filaments of the Dragon Beard Candy are pulled out by the sugar gelatin like noodles. The filling is not added until the sugar strands turn white. Legend has it that an emperor in the Song Dynasty ate the silver silk sugar and found it so delicious that it became one of the favorite desserts. Later, the people knew that the emperor also ate the silver silk candy, so it was renamed as Dragon's Beard Candy. Because the dragon represents the emperor, and the beard is pulled out of the silk, the name has been used to this day.
There are different ways to make dragon's beard candy, some of which require glutinous rice flour, while others do not. The food is made with cooked glutinous rice flour (glutinous rice flour should be steamed after making the dough), how to eat the raw one!

Ingredients:
300g of glutinous rice flour, 75g of shredded coconut, 75g of granulated sugar, 40g of crushed peanuts, 40g of sesame seeds, and 75ml of corn gelatin
Directions:
1. Boil the corn gelatin, pour it into a small container, and leave it for about four hours at room temperature.
2. Dip it into the glutinous rice flour, make the hole in the center bigger, flip one end into an "8" shape, and then close the two small circles. Repeat this action, increasing the number of small circles in a geometric progression. The more circles you make, the smaller the corn glue becomes, until it becomes silky.
3. Use the power of your thumb to pull off the cornstarch strands, each about three to four inches long.
4. Mix the rest of the ingredients together to form a filling, and wrap it into the corn glue strands. Cover with the end facing you, then the end facing outward, and then tidy up the sides, and you're done.
Tips: Corn glue can be purchased at Japanese supermarkets. Don't let it cool in the refrigerator during step 1, as it may ruin the texture.
