In order to add some flavor, we can add some chicken essence and sugar to mutton. Personally, I prefer this taste. Just sprinkle cumin powder on the mutton skewers, or marinate them with cumin powder in advance, then decide how much to wear according to the size of bamboo sticks, and finally put them on the barbecue.
