What is the significance of Neymar's tattoo?

On the arm:

1: On the left arm, at the deltoid muscle, there is a tattoo of a diamond representing Neymar's sister, Rafa, who also has a tattoo of the same. Neymar's tattoo says "Sorella" (Italian for sister) and Rafa's says "Fratello" (Italian for brother).
