We'll press it when it's all done. This time, a 50g baking moon cake mold was used. Shape the mung bean cake into an oval shape, put it into the moon cake mold, gently press the bottom, turn the moon cake mold over, press it vertically, and then slowly push it out. A delicious mung bean cake is ready.

Matters needing attention

The amount of milk in the prescription depends on the situation. If your steamed green bean paste is wet, don't add it. I use a steaming oven, and there is not much water. After pressing, the mung bean paste was broken, so I added milk.

The amount of cranberries can be added at will without affecting the finished product.

Mung bean cake can be kept in the refrigerator for about 5 days. If you want to keep it longer, put it in the refrigerator and heat it when you eat it.
