When did brewing in Guizhou begin? After the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, especially during the 300 years of the Qing Dynasty, the fine tradition of brewing in Guizhou was carried forward. In the famous novel Jing Hua Yuan in the early Qing Dynasty, there were more than 50 kinds of famous wines in China at that time, including Miao wine and mixed wine in Guizhou. As for Miao liquor, Qianlong's Guizhou Tongzhi said that it was mainly produced in Duyun Prefecture and brewed for Miao and Buyi people. Its color is red and its taste is mellow. Li Zong (Japan) said in Qian Ji that the method of brewing soju should be used first, and then the method of brewing liquor should be used. Others, such as Uncaria wine and Rosa roxburghii glutinous rice wine, also have their own characteristics. Among them, Renhuai Maotai Chun and Maotai Shao are eye-catching. After centuries of brewing, it has gradually developed into a famous Moutai liquor on five continents.
