Mom brought a plate of pastries and a big bowl of dumplings and set them on the table. Our family gathered around the table to eat the pastries and dumplings that mom had made for us, and talked about the gains and losses of the year. Dad said, "After a year, you've grown a year older, and we've aged a year. You have to study hard." Listening to my father's words, I really don't want to grow up. Every time I grow a year older, my mom and dad grow a year older. I really hope they will be young forever.
