Frozen bamboo shoots are a popular specialty snack in Fujian coastal areas. The raw material is a kind of black soil autumn, commonly known as bamboo shoots, and its scientific name is Eisenia foetida. After washing, squeezing and boiling with fire, the colloid contained in the worm body is dissolved in water, and naturally cooled and solidified into bamboo shoot jelly.

Black soil hills are sand worms. Sandworm, also known as gymnosperms, also known as sandworms, starworms and so on. It lives in the sea area at the bottom of sand and mud beside the coastal beach. It drills out at high tide and lurks in the mud hole at low tide, hence the name "sand worm". The larvae or adults of this insect are not segmented, but their muscles are well developed. It usually eats sand for a living and has a simple body structure. After washing the sand in the intestine, the whole worm can be eaten. The body length is cylindrical, about 10 to 22cm, naked and hairless, and the longitudinal muscles of the body wall are in bundles, intersecting with the annular muscles to form a square lattice pattern.
