People who are not from regular schools, such as folk Chinese medicine practitioners, can legally practice medicine if they become monks halfway. How do they obtain medical qualifications through their professional knowledge and apprenticeship? Please look down.

In fact, as early as 2007, the traditional assessment methods for medical professionals and teachers were introduced, and relevant examinations were also carried out in different places. However, there are still many Chinese medicine practitioners who became monks halfway to learn Chinese medicine, or were handed down from their ancestors. Evaluate people with specialized knowledge.

If you are a family-run Chinese medicine practitioner, and you really have expertise in a certain field, and the curative effect is definite, then you can apply for the qualification of a doctor in the following ways.

1 condition (both conditions must be met)

(1) Engaged in clinical practice of traditional medicine for more than 5 years according to law (clinical practice of traditional medicine refers to those who have obtained effective medical qualifications, or those who have not obtained effective medical qualifications but are engaged in traditional medical practice under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine doctors).

(2) Master the unique, safe and effective traditional medical diagnosis and treatment technology.

2 application

First, fill in the application form of traditional medical skills assessment in state administration of traditional chinese medicine, and apply to the municipal health administrative department and the traditional Chinese medicine administrative department after being examined and approved by the local county-level health administrative department.

3 Application for submission of materials

4 evaluation

1, evaluation date

Expert assessment is conducted once a year, and the specific time is determined by the provincial (city) health administrative department and the traditional Chinese medicine administrative department. The assessment work will be announced within the jurisdiction 3 months before the start. Similarly, if you are not sure about the specific time, call the Health and Family Planning Commission or the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in your city.

2, assessment methods and contents

Expertise assessment does have clinical practice skills assessment, using the methods of basic operation, clinical defense, resident and patient evaluation.

Do have professional knowledge assessment (clinical practice skills)

① Clinical techniques of traditional Chinese medicine such as four diagnosis, acupuncture, massage and cupping; ② Unique TCM diagnosis and treatment technology.

(2) Clinical defense (clinical defense combined with my expertise)

(1) Basic theoretical knowledge of TCM related to professional knowledge (including related contents of TCM classics); ② Basic knowledge related to professional knowledge, such as efficacy, application, usage and dosage, matters needing attention, etc. ③ Basic knowledge of the efficacy, indications, prescription principles, compatibility significance and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicines related to professional knowledge; ④ Mastery and clinical application level of unique diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine.

(3) Evaluation

Thirty residents and 30 patients were selected to evaluate the technical expertise of those with expertise.

Written examination:

(1) Basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine and classic works of traditional Chinese medicine;

(2) Basic knowledge of efficacy, application, usage and dosage of traditional Chinese medicine and matters needing attention in use;

(3) Basic knowledge such as efficacy, indications, prescription principles, compatibility significance and clinical application of commonly used prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine;

(4) Basic knowledge of the location, indications, acupuncture methods and clinical application of commonly used acupuncture points; Knowledge of syndrome differentiation, treatment, prescription and technique of common diseases in acupuncture department;

(5) Knowledge of etiology, pathogenesis, principles, prescriptions and medicines of common diseases in TCM;

(6) Clinical expertise in technical expertise of traditional Chinese medicine.

3. Examination questions

(1) Basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine: 150 channels ① Basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine: 40 channels; ② Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine: 30 courses; ③ Chinese medicine: 40 courses; ④ Prescription Science: 40 courses.

(2) Examination questions of TCM clinical expertise: 150.

① Knowledge of TCM internal medicine: 30; ② Knowledge of TCM surgery: 30 courses; ③ Knowledge of TCM gynecology: 30; ④ Pediatric knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine: 30; ⑤ Acupuncture knowledge: 30; ⑥ Other subject knowledge: 30 subjects (optional).

Experts can answer the questions from ① to ⑤ * *150; Or choose four subjects *** 120 test questions from ① to ⑤, and then choose 30 test questions with their own expertise from the provincial administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with the expertise of candidates with expertise to supplement the knowledge of other subjects.

4. Evaluation criteria

(1) The full score of the clinical practice ability test is 100, and if it reaches 60, it is qualified; Comprehensive written test score of 300 points, reaching 180 is qualified;

(2) if more than 70% of the residents and patients are effective, the residents and patients have qualified the technical expertise evaluation of those with expertise;

(3) Those who pass the clinical practice skill examination, comprehensive written examination and resident and patient assessment are qualified in the professional knowledge examination.

(4) The qualified scores of professional examination clinical practice skills examination are valid for two years, and the qualified scores of comprehensive written examination are valid in that year.

Those who pass the examination shall be issued with professional and technical certificates of traditional Chinese medicine by the administrative department of health and the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine responsible for organizing the examination, and reported to the provincial administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine for the record.

5. Take the doctor qualification examination.

Those who hold the traditional medical skill appraisal certificate, take the doctor qualification examination as required, and pass the examination will be awarded the doctor qualification certificate uniformly printed by the National Health and Family Planning Commission.

Teacher evaluation

If you don't have a formal education in a Chinese medicine college, but you are determined to be a Chinese medicine practitioner to save the world, then you can learn from others.

1 education level

First of all, you must have a high school education or equivalent (if you can't reach it, you don't have to look down, you can look at the first method above).

Two apprentices

The teacher you admire must have five conditions:

(1) has the qualification of practicing Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine;

(2) Engaged in clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine 15 years or above, or has the professional and technical post qualification of deputy chief physician of traditional Chinese medicine or ethnic medicine;

(3) Rich clinical experience and unique technical expertise;

(4) Abide by discipline and law, abide by professional ethics and have a good reputation;

(5) Persisting in clinical practice in medical institutions can complete teaching tasks.

3 sign a contract

When you are a teacher, remember to sign a master-apprentice relationship contract with the instructor in state administration of traditional chinese medicine (the contract sample can be downloaded from state administration of traditional chinese medicine website). After the contract is signed, it must be notarized by a notary organ at or above the county level. Don't bother. This is the evidence that you learn from the teacher, and the time to learn from the teacher is counted from the date of notarization.

4 learn from the teacher

You must study with the teacher for three years in a row, and you can't stop and go. The form and content of learning from teachers shall be formulated by the provincial administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine in your province. Please consult the local health administrative department for details.

5. Apply for apprenticeship assessment.

After three years with the teacher, you can apply to take part in the teacher assessment. This examination is very important, because it is to evaluate and identify whether you have the qualification to apply for the doctor qualification examination.

3. Review materials

6. Departure assessment

Comprehensive written test:

(1) Basic theories of TCM, diagnostics of TCM and classic works of TCM and other related knowledge;

(2) Basic knowledge of efficacy, application, usage and dosage of traditional Chinese medicine and matters needing attention in use;

③ Basic knowledge such as efficacy, indications, prescription principles, compatibility significance and clinical application;

④ Basic knowledge of the location, indications, acupuncture methods and clinical application of commonly used acupuncture points; Knowledge of syndrome differentiation, treatment, prescription and technique of common diseases in acupuncture department;

⑤ Understand the etiology, pathogenesis, principle, prescription and medicine of common diseases in internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and pediatrics.

4. Is the number of questions large?

Clinical Practice Skills Examination1* *10, including 4 questions on basic operation of TCM and 6 questions on clinical defense of TCM.

The comprehensive written test consists of 300 questions, including 150 questions on basic knowledge of TCM (including 40 questions on basic theory of TCM, 30 questions on diagnostics of TCM, 40 questions on theory of TCM and 40 questions on prescription) and 150 questions on clinical professional knowledge of TCM (including 30 questions on internal medicine, 30 questions on surgery of TCM and 30 questions on gynecology of TCM).

Step 5 evaluate scores

Clinical practice skills assessment 100 (40 points for basic operation questions of TCM and 60 points for clinical defense questions of TCM).

The comprehensive written test score is 300 (basic knowledge of TCM 150, clinical professional knowledge of TCM 150).

6. Evaluation time

The examination time of clinical practical skills is 30 minutes (basic operation of TCM 10 minutes, clinical defense of TCM is 20 minutes).

7. Start the evaluation criteria.

Pass the clinical practice skill test with 60 points, and pass the comprehensive written test 180. Only when both of them are qualified can they be considered as qualified in the examination. Qualified by the provincial administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine issued by the unified style of state administration of traditional chinese medicine "Chinese medicine teacher certificate".

7. Take the doctor qualification examination

Hold the graduation certificate of traditional medicine teachers, take the doctor qualification examination as required, pass the examination results, and obtain the doctor qualification certificate uniformly printed by the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
