Two, Introduction

Sustainable development has become the theme of today's world, and architecture is an important element of sustainable development. A sustainable building is a building that provides people with safe, healthy, and comfortable spaces for living, working, and activities, while realizing the efficient use of resources (energy, land, water, and materials) and minimizing the impact on the environment throughout the building's life cycle. Sustainable building integrates a series of technology groups such as building energy saving, building environment, building intelligence, etc. It is a perfect combination of high technology and traditional building technology, and is a typical representative of current cross-disciplinary and cutting-edge disciplines. The "Sustainable Building" section focuses on the development, promotion and large-scale application of new energy sources, new technologies, new equipments and new products in energy-saving and sustainable buildings, which involves various related professions such as architectural design, HVAC, building physics, and water resources utilization, including the design, renovation and inspection of energy-saving design of residential buildings and public **** buildings; the research of HVAC energy-saving technology; and the design, renovation and inspection of energy-saving technology of public **** buildings. inspection; HVAC energy-saving technology research and application; building envelope energy-saving innovation and application; new energy and renewable energy application in buildings; intelligent buildings and building information technology development and application; building indoor sound, light, heat environment control and outdoor environment improvement; building energy-saving related standards and norms compilation and revision work and other major content.
