1. Carmine Falcone
Carmine Falcone, known as The Roman, is an American DC Comics super-villain who debuted in Batman Volume 1, Issue 404 (February 1987), co-created by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli.
Carmine is the leader of the Falcone Family, whose successors include his children Alberto Falcone, Mario Falcone, and Sofia Falcone.
2, Roman Sionis
Roman Sionis (Roman Sionis), or Black Mask, is an American DC Comics super-villain who debuted in Batman #386 (August 1985).
Born into Gotham City's wealthy family, the Sienese, Roman Sienese was obsessed with masks of all types as a child, and was a classmate of Bruce Wayne's, who inherited both of his parents' billion-dollar fortune after murdering them, but the fiery temper he inherited from his father caused him to run his business to the extremes of the mob, and as a result the the company soon faces closure.
Then the Wayne Group bought his company in a bailout, leaving Roman with nothing, and he blamed Bruce Wayne for his misfortunes and vowed revenge.
So Roman went to the cemetery, dug up his parents' coffins, and used the ebony wood to carve a black skull mask to represent his anger. He took on the persona of Black Mask and formed his own gang, becoming one of the most feared gangsters in Gotham City.
3, Reticence
Reticence is an American DC Comics super villain, debuted in Batman (Batman) No. 609 (January 2003), real name Thomas Elliot, originally a plastic surgeon, born in Gotham City, one of the four major families of the Elliot family, whose family and the Wayne family is a longtime friend, and grew up and Bruce Wayne as friends.
But has always been jealous of everything Bruce has. After using a car accident to murder both of his parents, he inherited their billions of dollars and imitated Bruce Wayne to the point of insanity by constantly observing him. Eventually he plasticized himself to look like Bruce Wayne, wrapped his face in bandages, and called himself Reticence (hush).
4, Penguin
Penguin (Penguin) is an American DC Comics super-villain, debuted in Detective Comics (Detective Comics) No. 58 (December 1941), co-created by Bob Kane (Bob Kane) and Bill Finger (Bill Finger).
Born Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, real name Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, he was born into one of Gotham's four major families, the Cobblepots, and was an eccentric mob boss known for utilizing the penguin and the umbrella as symbols of his mob dealings.
Cobblepot runs the popular "Iceberg Diner" in Gotham City, which is actually a front he uses to hide a series of illegal financial activities such as money laundering for the underworld.
5. Ra's al Ghul
Ra's al Ghul is an American DC Comics super-villain who debuted in Batman Vol. 1, No. 232 (June 1971) and was co-created by Julius Schwartz, Dennis O'Neil and Neal Adams.
Lars El Ghul is Arabic for "head of the demons," and his real name was long forgotten in the desert. After accidentally discovering the Lazarus Pits a hundred years ago and becoming immortal by immersing his entire body in it, he founded the League of Assassins and began recruiting fighters from all over the world, training them to become servants loyal only to himself.
Only goal is to destroy all of humanity and build a world of his vision, Lars has lived for about 700 years, is powerful, sophisticated, has minions all over the world, and knows Batman's true identity, making Batman defenseless against him.
