The U.S. F-35 is several generations of fighter aircraft.

It adopts turbofan engines with a thrust-to-weight ratio of 10 stages, phased-array fire-control radar, stealth technology and thrust vectoring technology, and uses "launch-and-don't-care" air-to-air missiles as its main weapon.
