The origin of Putian's Spring Festival.
Because in the forty-first year of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty, the Japanese invaders invaded Putian, killing and plundering everywhere, and didn't come back until they were defeated by Qi Jiajun on the first day of the first month of the following year. Since everyone has taken refuge in other places and can't celebrate the New Year, we decided to make it up on the evening of the fourth day.
In order to commemorate this painful history, people get together on New Year's Eve. The fourth day of the first month is called "New Year's Eve", also known as "New Year's Eve" (Xianyou is the fifth day of the New Year's Eve). On the fifth day, Putian people also visited it as the first day. Like the first day, breakfast is fried noodles, which is the most delicious breakfast in a year, and then they visit each other.
Putian generally refers to Putian City. Putian, known as Xinghua in ancient times, also known as Puyang and Puxian, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province, located in the middle of Fujian.
