What are the criteria for a domestic anime to be recognized as a work of conscience?
Good plot, good picture quality, good dubbing, and high action articulation.
That's all a good anime needs.
In fact, when it comes to conscientious work, I have a great anime recommendation for a domestic anime, and that's Luo Xiaohe Battle Story.
"Luo Xiaohe Battle Records" is a standard bubble tomato, each episode is basically only about ten minutes long, some episodes are even only a few minutes, especially short, but no matter whether it is the picture, or the number of frames, or the connection between the picture, or some details of the moe, and the plot, are all very good.
There are many people who say that "Return of the Sage" is the light of Chinese animation, but I think that this 3,000-dollar investment, this is a purely Chinese short animation that came out much earlier than "Return of the Sage," is the real light of Chinese domestic animation.
"The Great Sage Returns" this anime movie I have seen, I have to say, the character design is very interesting, the action is also quite smooth, but the details are still lacking, the skin texture and some action is not fine enough. It's not that I'm looking for a bone in my egg, but I'm used to seeing Disney movies, and I've also seen Kung Fu Panda, so I'm really asking for a higher standard.
I think that only a work that is good enough to be called the light of so-and-so can be called the light of so-and-so, not one that is slightly better than the quality of its peers and seems to be playing some kind of exemplary role. That would just be too easy, too childish.
While the current national comics are unimpressive and suffer from bad reviews - this has to do with our country's rigid thinking policy when it comes to anime and certain assholes who eat the nation's food but are corpses and only know how to make crap products. But fortunately, these people are old and dying, and the future is our generation of young people who really love anime and have a conscience. Those assholes have had their fill and it's time to roll, and next it's time for those of us who really put our hearts into it to shine.
I have the same high standards for national anime as I do for Japanese anime. If the plot doesn't work, it sucks, if the picture quality doesn't work, it still sucks, if the animation isn't well done, it still sucks, and if the voice acting is awful, it still sucks. To be honest, most of the Chinese anime nowadays, with the exception of Luo Xiao He Battle Story, are bad works. I'm not harsh, but I'm honest. None of them can be called a work of conscience.
I have to say that the only one that really does the best in all of this is LOTR.
