The difference between Dafu and Xue Meiniang
Different invagination
Dafu can add many fillings, but mainly whole grains, but Xue Meiniang usually adds fruit and cream. The stuffing is mainly seasonal fruits, such as mango, passion fruit, durian and strawberry. You can also use taro and red beans as stuffing, which tastes sweeter.
Xue Meiniang's skin is glutinous rice. Although Dafu's skin is made of glutinous rice, Xue Mei Niang is softer and thinner than Dafu.
Xue Meiniang and Dafu are white and tender, sweet and sour, and full of flavor. The refrigerated "Xue Mei Niang" tastes better than Dafu, with a hint of sweetness and coolness in softness.
