Japanese traditional clocks and watches
Many watches and clocks made in Japan are engraved with "Aichiken? Clock? Maker? Union? The word "Mark" stands for Aichi Prefecture in Nagaya, Japan. 1902, Aichi Watch Trade Association was established in Japan to check the watch production quality of its companies. The watch manufacturers of the association will mark this sign on their products, among which well-known brands include Seiko Society, Xiaohe and Royal.
These ancient clocks should have been made in Nagaya, Japan in the early 20th century and marked in English, so most of them were exported to America and Europe.
