How to make frozen tofu, how to get out of the honeycomb
Tofu already contains water, and when it freezes it expands in size, causing many small holes to form inside the tofu. However, the water on the surface will continue to decrease (i.e., the ice runs off directly into water vapor, a phenomenon called sublimation). Therefore, the surface of frozen tofu will appear honeycomb.
How to make frozen tofu ?
1: Several pieces of fresh watery tofu, rinse with tap water, control the water and cut into small pieces.
2: Put water in a pot, put the cut tofu in together, cook over high heat, when the water boils, cook for one to two minutes off the heat.
3: After the cool water, put the tofu piece by piece in a self-sealing bag.
4: This is how it will look the next morning.
5: After thawing, you can serve it, and the honeycomb is ready.
