1. Cut mutton should be as thin as paper, even as crystal, neat as line and beautiful as flowers. Mutton slices should be 17 to 20cm long and 1 4 cm wide.

4. Slice the frozen sheep hind leg meat. The length of the sliced meat is about 17 cm, and the width is 1∽4 cm. Slices should be thin, even and elegant. And put it on a plate.

5. Put the ingredients other than the leg of lamb (the vermicelli is soaked in water first) into the dish respectively.

6. When eating, boil the water in the hot pot, add chopped green onion, shredded ginger and dried mushrooms, and cook until it tastes delicious (no monosodium glutamate). Then according to personal taste, put the seasoning in a bowl and eat it with the rinse.
