What are the characteristics of "Shell Piano Dance" in ancient Mexico?

Early religious dances of Mexican Indians. Shell piano is a musical instrument made of the scales of armadillo. This dance is named after the accompaniment of this instrument. Generally, they dance at the sacrificial ceremonies in temples and churches. Female dancers wear deerskin skirts decorated with metal sheets or glass beads, while male dancers wear cross shawls, ostrich headscarves and dried fruit shell anklets, and the dancers dance barefoot.
