Song Introduction of Oh Liang Liang (圪梁梁)
Oh Liang Liang is a Shanxi folk song originally titled Who Is That, written in 1986 by Yang Zhongqing, who is known as the "King of Folk Songs on the Yellow River".
Yang Zhongqing, male, Han nationality, born in 1942, is a native of Dongguan Township, Baode County, Shanxi Province, with a college degree and no party affiliation.
The song is familiar to the public because of the TV series "Scarlet Romance", as an episode of this TV series, Gong Linna's singing made the song widely known.
The original singer, Bao, has also sung several versions of the song, and gave a wonderful rendition as the opening number in his 2007 concert "Singing the Northwest Wind Again" at the Great Hall of the People.
Author Yang Zhongqing's singing was included in the album "Embroidered Lotus Bag" published by Hugo Records in 1994.
The song was created by Yang Zhongqing, Yang Zhongkuo (Yang Zhongqing's second brother), Zhou Peiwu (former music choreographer of Baode County Cultural Center) in the Baode County Cultural Center **** with the composition.
In 1980, the song was sung by Yang Zhongqing from Xinzhou, Shanxi Province to the province, to Beijing and to Japan.
