South Korea is a parliamentary system in which the president has the power to make decisions, Eastern Europe is a presidential system in which the president can change the political course of the country but the prime minister is in charge of the country's politics,

Most of the Central Asian countries have authoritarian and monarchical systems except Iran which is a people's democracy, China which is a people's congress system (which is in fact an authoritarian system of the ****************************** party) Japan which is a monarchy, and North Korea which is an authoritarian system of the presidency.
