How to seal boxed wine

Six sealing methods of boxed wine;

1, plastic packaging seal (main)

Plastic wrap sealing is the most common, if not a professional collector, many people will use plastic wrap sealing, simple operation and low cost. It can be used by basic families, and can seal the bottle cap and bottle body to prevent the wine label from being damaged. It is generally recommended to use PE plastic wrap. However, because the plastic wrap is not resistant to high temperature and is not used for a long time, it usually takes 3-5 years to reseal.

2. Original tape seal (primary)

Raw rubber is a kind of white soft adhesive tape, which is often used to waterproof faucets. Just wrap it around the bottle neck a few times, and the bottle mouth should be tightly wrapped and pinched. Raw rubber sealing is also a good way to collect, with good sealing performance, long sealing time and high and low temperature resistance.

3. Wax seal (middle)

Wax sealing is a common method for professional collectors of old wine. It only needs to melt the wax into a liquid state, then wrap a layer of soft material (paper) around the bottle cap, soak the bottle upside down in the wax liquid, and then take it out and cool it, so as to complete the wax sealing. But this method is only suitable for metal bottle caps, not for old wine sealed with plastic film, otherwise wax will be mixed.

4. Wax seal+original tape (middle)

After winding with raw rubber, the sealing effect will be better if sealed with wax, but wax removal will be more troublesome, but the bottle mouth will be cleaner because of the protection of adhesive tape.

5. Use raw rubber and electric rubber together (advanced)

After sealing with plastic wrap or raw material tape, the outer layer is tightly wrapped with electric glue. This method has good sealing performance and high and low temperature resistance, and is an excellent method for collecting and storing liquor. But the plastic wrap will degrade in a few years, so it needs to be replaced every few years.

6, heat shrinkable film (advanced)

Heat shrinkable film will tightly wrap the product when heated, which has many advantages, especially high transparency and does not affect the appearance. Very suitable for old wine. However, aging and cracking will occur after long-term storage, so it needs to be resealed in time.

High-end wine box:

Among the domestic paper containers for wine boxes, corrugated boxes, E-shaped corrugated boxes and miniature corrugated boards are rarely used, which is in sharp contrast with the international ones. It is the lack of promotion and publicity, and it is limited by traditional habits and production conditions of domestic processors.

In addition, there are other packaging forms such as wood packaging and metal packaging, but paper materials and paper wine boxes are still the mainstream and development direction, and will be further expanded. Because of its light weight, excellent processing and printing performance, convenient handling and no environmental pollution, especially the variety of colors of paper and cardboard, it can fully meet the requirements of designers.

In China, it is particularly important to emphasize that not only the outer shell of wine box is paper, but also the cushioning material of internal structure should be promoted with paper structure. E-corrugated board, miniature corrugated board and pulp molding paper should be strongly advocated in wine box packaging.

Micro corrugated board has beautiful appearance and good cushioning performance, which is suitable for printing production. In the design, the same material can be used for the outer shell and the inner part of the package, and many of them can be molded in one version, which saves both cost and space.

In recent years, red wine wine boxes can more and more represent the development trend of wine boxes. As an exotic product, red wine has a high demand for packaging, so the market of red wine boxes came into being. There are two kinds of common wine boxes in the market: wood and leather. Wood is generally used for low-end red wine and leather is used for high-end red wine.
