The overall working idea is to firmly grasp the important strategic opportunity period of our county's development, adhere to Scientific Outlook on Development, further emancipate our minds, expand opening up, give full play to our county's advantages in resources, policies, location, backwardness and environment, integrate and mobilize all kinds of investment resources and forces, and play the role of key regions, departments, industries, enterprises and development zones under the premise of government guidance, enterprise-oriented, departmental service and all-round participation. Aiming at developed countries and domestic developed areas, we will focus on introducing large projects and projects that are conducive to the formation of industrial agglomeration, industrial upgrading and new economic growth poles, further increase the intensity of attracting investment, improve the quality of attracting investment, expand the scale of attracting investment, and ensure the healthy, rapid and sustainable development of our county's economy and society.

Work objective: According to the standard of "large investment, high quality and good benefit", increase the introduction of projects with investment scale10 million yuan or more, especially the introduction of large domestic and foreign enterprises in line with the industrial development direction of our county, and realize the fundamental transformation of investment projects from quantity to quality. In the whole year, the county introduced 57 entity projects with an investment scale of10 million yuan, and the agreed investment remained above 6.5 billion yuan. Among them, the county economic development zone has newly completed 5 projects with fixed assets investment 1 100 million yuan or more; New projects with fixed assets investment exceeding 100 million yuan have been completed in cities and towns 1 unit.

Second, the effectiveness of attracting investment in the first quarter of this year
