The pollutants produced include ink wastewater, organic solvents and other industrial wastewater, and the solid wastes are mainly waste scraps and production noise. The third is the carton forming process, that is, the die-cut cardboard is bound into cartons, and then the cartons are further bonded to form finished cartons. In this process, the amount of pollutants is relatively small, mainly waste rubber and noise.

Corrugated board production equipment mainly includes two types: traditional single-sided corrugating unit and corrugated board production line. Among them, the corrugated production line is composed of single machine and system, including: base paper support, preheater, single-sided machine, paper feeding trolley, overpass, multiple preheater, double-sided adhesive coating machine, adhesive dryer, slitting and creasing machine, paper separating support, cross cutter, conveyor, stacker, main rotating machine, paper edge crusher, paste making machine, steam heating system, compressed air system, electrical control system, etc. After the cardboard is formed, it enters the printing process. Printing equipment is represented by printing slotting machine and die cutting machine. Paperboard post-press processing equipment includes nail box machine, box gluing machine, ink jet machine, automatic box gluing machine and so on.
