First of all, you need to have a moka pot. This kind of moka pot is invented by Italians, using water vapor to extract coffee at high pressure, convenient and good

The next thing is the special coffee powder for the moka pot, which is bought in a matching set. It's a lot finer than regular coffee powder.

Yuanyang milk tea is a mixture of black tea and coffee. I used this Ceylon black tea powder, the tea flavor is very strong, the powder is also fine enough

The crucial thing is the ratio of black tea powder and coffee powder. After many experiments, I ended up using a ratio of 1:1 The tea and coffee flavors mix well together. Finally I would sprinkle a layer of white sugar on the surface. This way, the sugar will form a thin film under the high pressure of water vapor, which is conducive to better extraction.

I usually use hot water to make coffee to prevent over extraction. As shown in the picture, the water should not exceed the safety valve

Use medium-low heat, after about a minute there will be coffee liquid overflow, like this slow flow, it means that the fire is just right. If the coffee liquid is gushing out it means the fire is too big, and vice versa is too small.

When the coffee liquid reaches the spout, as shown in the picture, you can stop the fire.

Finally add sugar and milk, a cup of rich and smooth Yuanyang milk tea is ready.
