2. Xiangshan in Suzhou is located on the shore of Taihu Lake, with a history of more than 2,500 years, where more than a hundred villages are crowded with people and land, and since ancient times there have been construction craftsmen, who are known as "Xiangshan Craftsmen" because of their extraordinary skills. Xiangshan Gang is a group of architectural craftsmen with Xukou Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City as its geographic center, led by carpenters and integrating classical architectural trades such as plasterers, lacquerers, plasterers, sculptors, mountain stackers, and color painters. They skillfully combined construction technology and architectural art, creating an important line in the history of Chinese architecture - "Xiangshan Gang", and later, the house built in the mode of Xiangshan Gang, called "Su School of Architecture".
3. Woof, also known as carving silk, is an ancient and unique traditional weaving craft in China, which mainly exists in Suzhou and its neighboring areas. Since the Southern Song Dynasty, Suzhou Woof has been famous all over the country and become the main place of origin. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Suzhou Woof is still flourishing. Woof has always been well-made, simple and elegant, colorful and show characteristics, in the silk fabrics as the highest quality, and is the earliest silk fabric used for manufacturing art appreciation.
