The front hood is located at the front of the vehicle, above the engine, as shown in the following figure:

The specific operation steps of opening the vehicle hood are as follows:

1. Pull up the handbrake of the car to avoid slipping during operation.

2. Open the driver's door of the car.

3. Pull the hood opening wrench located in the car to open the hood.

4. Lift the hood.

5. Support the hood firmly with the hood support rod.
