How to pickle dried radish?

It is autumn and winter, and a large number of radishes are on the market, which is also a good time to pickle dried radishes. Here I will share with my friends the methods and steps of pickling dried radish and pickles in our family.

First, prepare the ingredients

A pickle jar, radish 10 kg, salt 250g, chili powder100g, dried chili 50g, ginger 500g, garlic 250g and dried tangerine peel 50g.

Second, the radish is washed and cut into strips.
