Business process of borrowing books from the library
First, the borrower stores them. The borrower must be a regular employee of the unit.
Second, books are put into storage. Books must have a formal invoice, signed by the director of the unit, and then handed over to the librarian.
Third, the system settings. Mainly discussed by the staff of this unit, borrowing time and book classification.
Fourth, when borrowing books, the borrower should record them manually in the borrowing book, and then the librarian should enter the borrowing record form.
Fifth, return the book. The books due in that month are displayed on 1 every month, and the list of people who need to return them is required to remind the borrowers to return the books in time.
